Rochdale Exclusive™ was created by a small group of local entrepreneurs with experience in digital and direct mail marketing, mobile web app development, desktop publishing, and website design.
Our goal is simple: to help Rochdale Village residents connect with local restaurants, businesses, services, entrepreneurs, and organizations that want to earn your attention and your patronage.
With more than 25,000 residents, Rochdale Village represents a powerful and valuable customer community. Rochdale Exclusive™ is designed to help connect Rochdale Village residents with exclusive offers, discounts, announcements, and useful information from merchants they may already know — and from others they may be discovering for the first time.
The Rochdale Exclusive™ publication is planned as a bimonthly mailer delivered via U.S. Postal Mail to ALL Rochdale Village apartments. Each coupon or offer includes a QR code and a custom link. You can scan the QR code with your smartphone or type the link into your browser to view a mobile offer page with more details about the coupon, the business, directions, photos, menus, delivery links, social media links, videos, and other helpful information when available.
You have the option to use the distinctive coupon ID (id0001), included in the custom link (www.rochdalex.com/id0001), and input it into the Coupon Search box (either as id0001 or 0001) on www.rochdalex.com to access that specific offer page.
Rochdale Exclusive™ may also include regular display ads and community announcements. These ads are not limited to outside merchants. Rochdale Village residents with a business, service, event, organization, or announcement they would like to share with the Rochdale community may also advertise. Rochdale Exclusive™ is designed to be an affordable cooperative direct mail publication created specifically for the Rochdale Village community — more than 25,000 residents living in approximately 5,860 apartments.
Instead of paying thousands of dollars to print and mail your own advertisement to the entire Rochdale Village complex, Rochdale Exclusive™ allows multiple advertisers to share the cost of one targeted publication. That means your business can reach Rochdale Village residents for only pennies per household, with the total cost depending on the ad space you choose.
To put the value into perspective, mailing a postcard to all 5,860 Rochdale Village apartments at a postcard rate of $0.65 (new rate as of July 12, 2026) would cost approximately $3,809 in postage alone — before printing, design, mailing list preparation, or other production costs. With Rochdale Exclusive™, you can reach the same highly targeted community for only a few hundred dollars.
Direct mail also offers advantages that many local advertising options cannot. Rochdale Exclusive™ provides advertisers with proof that the publication (ALL 5,860) was accepted into the U.S. Postal Service mailing system. Advertisers can receive a signed and certified copy of PS Form 3587, which includes an official postal signature and round-date stamp verifying that the mailing was accepted.
By comparison, local newspapers may claim large print quantities, but advertisers are not always given clear proof of how many papers were actually distributed or placed directly into the hands of readers. Even when a newspaper is widely distributed, there is no guarantee that your ad will be noticed inside a publication with many pages and competing content.
Rochdale Exclusive™ is different. It is a small, full-color publication designed to be easy to view, easy to understand, and focused on offers, announcements, and information relevant to Rochdale Village residents.
The publication is planned as a compact 5.5″ x 8.5″ color mailer featuring multiple coupon-style offers and display ads. Coupon advertisers also receive a custom mobile offer page that enhances the printed ad with additional details, photos, directions, menus, delivery links, social media links, videos, audio messages, and more when available.

Standard Coupon Ads include the same core features as the Golden Coupon Cover Ads, with the main difference being placement inside the publication instead of on the front cover.

2. Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational, promotional, and advertising-related purposes. Visitors may use the site to learn about Rochdale Exclusive™, view sample publications, search coupon offer IDs, review advertiser information, contact us, and view mobile coupon offer pages.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy or republish content without permission, or use the website for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or abusive purposes.
3. Coupon Offers and Advertiser Responsibility
Coupon offers, discounts, promotions, menus, prices, expiration dates, business details, delivery links, social media links, videos, audio messages, and other advertiser-provided information are the responsibility of the advertiser.
Rochdale Exclusive™ may assist with layout, design, QR codes, short links, and mobile offer pages, but each advertiser is responsible for making sure all information submitted is accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading.
Advertisers are responsible for honoring the offers they submit, subject to any stated terms, limits, expiration dates, availability, restrictions, or conditions included with the offer.
Rochdale Exclusive™ does not sell food, process orders, accept payments on behalf of advertisers, redeem coupons, control menu pricing, guarantee availability, or participate in transactions between residents/customers and advertisers.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Rochdale Exclusive™ provides advertising exposure through print, direct mail, QR codes, short links, and mobile offer pages. However, we do not guarantee sales, customer response, coupon redemptions, website traffic, phone calls, visits, orders, revenue, or any specific business result.
Advertising results may vary based on the offer, business type, timing, pricing, creative content, customer interest, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
5. Advertising Approval
Rochdale Exclusive™ reserves the right to accept, reject, edit, request changes to, or refuse any advertisement, coupon offer, announcement, business listing, image, audio message, video link, QR code destination, or other submitted material for any reason.
We may reject or request changes to content that we believe is misleading, offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, confusing, poor quality, harmful to our publication, or not suitable for the Rochdale Exclusive™ audience.
Acceptance of one advertisement does not guarantee acceptance of future advertisements.
6. Advertiser Materials
Advertisers may be asked to provide text, logos, photos, business information, offer details, audio scripts, video links, website links, social media links, delivery links, or camera-ready artwork.
By submitting materials to Rochdale Exclusive™, the advertiser confirms that they own or have permission to use those materials and that the materials do not violate the rights of any third party.
Advertisers give Rochdale Exclusive™ permission to use submitted materials for the purpose of creating, displaying, printing, mailing, promoting, and hosting the advertiser’s ad, coupon, mobile offer page, or related promotional content.
7. Proofing and Corrections
Advertisers are responsible for reviewing proofs, drafts, coupon details, offer terms, expiration dates, contact information, QR codes, links, and all submitted content before publication or launch.
Rochdale Exclusive™ will make reasonable efforts to correct errors brought to our attention before publication or launch. However, once materials are printed, mailed, published, or made live, corrections may not be possible immediately.
Rochdale Exclusive™ is not responsible for errors that were approved by the advertiser or caused by inaccurate information supplied by the advertiser.
8. Payments, Deposits, and Publication Timing
Advertising space may require a deposit to reserve placement. Any remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase, invoice, or written agreement.
Publication dates, mailing dates, and launch dates may be adjusted due to advertiser participation, production timelines, printing schedules, postal acceptance, technical issues, weather, vendor delays, or other circumstances.
Rochdale Exclusive™ reserves the right to delay or reschedule a publication if minimum advertiser participation, production requirements, or other business conditions are not met.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits and payments may become non-refundable once design, setup, production, printing, mailing preparation, or mobile offer page work has begun.
9. Mobile Web Apps and Coupon Pages
Coupon advertisers may receive a custom mobile offer page or Mobile Web App as part of their ad package or as a separate service.
These pages may include offer details, business information, images, audio, video, maps, directions, social media links, food delivery links, countdown timers, expiration messages, and sharing options.
Rochdale Exclusive™ may update, remove, expire, redirect, or disable coupon pages after the related offer period ends, after the advertising period expires, or if the advertiser fails to comply with these terms.
10. QR Codes and Short Links
QR codes and short links are provided for convenience and to help users access coupon offer pages.
Advertisers and users understand that QR codes, links, and mobile pages depend on internet access, mobile device compatibility, browser settings, hosting availability, and other technical factors.
Rochdale Exclusive™ is not responsible for temporary interruptions, device issues, user scanning problems, third-party outages, or errors caused by incorrect or outdated links provided by advertisers.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
This website and our coupon pages may include links to third-party websites or services, including advertiser websites, Google Maps, social media platforms, YouTube, delivery services, online menus, payment platforms, or other outside websites.
Rochdale Exclusive™ does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, availability, prices, services, or policies.
Users access third-party websites at their own discretion.
12. User Responsibility
Residents and website visitors are responsible for reviewing coupon terms, expiration dates, restrictions, prices, menu details, delivery options, business hours, and any other offer conditions before making a purchase or visiting a business.
Rochdale Exclusive™ is not responsible for disputes between users and advertisers, including disputes involving food quality, service, pricing, redemption, availability, delivery, refunds, cancellations, or customer service.
Any issue with a specific advertiser’s product, service, order, or coupon redemption should be handled directly with that advertiser.
13. Intellectual Property
The Rochdale Exclusive™ name, logo, design elements, website content, publication layout, written content, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Rochdale Exclusive™ unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or use Rochdale Exclusive™ materials without written permission.
Advertisers retain ownership of their own submitted logos, photos, trademarks, business names, and other materials, but grant Rochdale Exclusive™ permission to use them for advertising and promotional purposes related to their ad or offer.
14. Trademarks and Third-Party Names
All third-party business names, trademarks, logos, brands, and service names belong to their respective owners.
Any reference to a third-party company, service, platform, or brand is for identification or comparison purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless clearly stated.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rochdale Exclusive™ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, coupon pages, QR codes, advertising services, printed publication, third-party links, advertiser offers, or user interactions with advertisers.
